  • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and others as specified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines will be communicated based on location and availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier services or unforeseen external factors.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be mentioned before order confirmation.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, subject to availability.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued as gift cards valid for 1 month.
