We ship across India only.
International shipping is currently not available.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout or communicated personally for offline orders.
Orders above a certain value may be eligible for free shipping, as per promotional offers.

3. Dispatch Timeline

Most products are dispatched within 3–7 working days, depending on availability and customization.
During sale periods or exhibitions, dispatch may take slightly longer.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by location and courier partner, usually between 5–10 working days after dispatch.
Remote areas may take slightly longer.

5. Delays & Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
While we partner with trusted courier services, Silver Lining Fashions is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery multiple times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.
