Returns & Refunds Policy

At Silver Lining Fashions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following carefully before placing an order:


1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products and the product will be replaced within 3-7 days after receiving the returned product.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  • Once approved, the product must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging, within 7 days of confirmation.

  • Return requests for reasons other than damage (e.g. change of mind, dislike of fabric/fit) will not be accepted.


2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must also be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Custom sizing or limited edition pieces may not be eligible for exchange.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued.

  • In cases where a return is approved (due to damage or defect), but if the product is unavailable, a gift card will be issued instead, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
