At Silver Lining Fashions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following carefully before placing an order:
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products and the product will be replaced within 3-7 days after receiving the returned product.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Once approved, the product must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging, within 7 days of confirmation.
Return requests for reasons other than damage (e.g. change of mind, dislike of fabric/fit) will not be accepted.
Exchanges are allowed for size issues, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must also be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Custom sizing or limited edition pieces may not be eligible for exchange.
Refunds are not issued.
In cases where a return is approved (due to damage or defect), but if the product is unavailable, a gift card will be issued instead, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Custom-made or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
